Aneel Bhusri serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Director of the Company. Mr. Bhusri served as our President from January 2007 to September 2009, as our co-Chief Executive Officer from September 2009 to May 2014, and as our Chairman from January 2012 to May 2014. From 1993 to 2004, Mr. Bhusri held a number of senior management positions with PeopleSoft, including Senior Vice President, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development, and served as Vice Chairman of its board of directors from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Bhusri is currently an advisory partner at Greylock Partners, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm that he has been associated with since 1999, and prior to that time, worked at NVP and at Morgan Stanley. He also served as a director of Intel Corporation from June 2014 to November 2019, of Pure Storage, Inc. from July 2010 to February 2018, of Okta from August 2011 to December 2016, and currently serves as a director of the Workday Foundation. Mr. Bhusri received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University, where he has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees since June 2019. Mr. Bhusri brings to our Board of Directors extensive executive leadership and operational experience, including his experience and familiarity with our business as a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.
