Anna Sawai is a multi-talented artist hailing from New Zealand, excelling in the fields of acting, singing, and dancing. Her foray into the world of acting commenced at the young age of 11 when she secured her inaugural role as the lead character in the 2004 Nippon TV rendition of Annie, shortly after relocating to Japan. Sawai then marked her entry into the world of cinema by portraying the character Kiriko in James McTeigue's 2009 neo-noir martial arts film, Ninja Assassin.
