Recruitment Of Client Service Officer (Loan Officer)

Serve as a link between VISIONFUND GHANA and clients in relation to need identification, VISIONFUND GHANA products promotion, loan disbursements and repayments and monitoring of clients’ businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess the viability of prospective borrowers’ businesses and make recommendations for advancing micro loans
  • Ensure all pre and post-draw-down conditions are met by clients before and after loan disbursement
  • Facilitate timely disbursement of loans to clients
  • To assess and monitor borrowers’ business operations to ensure timely loan repayment.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND, Marketing or a good first degree in any discipline especially Marketing/ Accountancy and Certificate holders in Agriculture and Rural Development with fieldwork experience.
  • The candidate should have completed National Service and
  • The ability to ride the motorbike will be an added advantage
  • Must be a practising Christian

Recruitment Of Operations Assistants

Responsible for entering and updating information into T24 database, correcting errors and organising information to optimize swift and accurate conversion and verification of data captured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Individual and Group Customer Information file (CIF) for new clients;
  • Review all follow-on clients’ information
  • Create and maintain Draw Down account and Client Escrow account;
  • Booking Loan Contracts and Booking Early Liquidation;
  • Capture daily loan repayments received for the branch
  • Filing of Processed Data returns.
  • Provide clients statements for Reconciliation
  • Perform any other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor or his designee

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND / First Degree in a relevant Field
  • Candidates should have completed National Service.
  • 1 – 2 years practical experience in a similar role
