Devendra completed the final round of the Men’s javelin throw F46 event at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020 on 30 August 2021 and won the gold medal. He represented India at the 2004 Athens Summer Paralympics and the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Paralympics.
