Dr Flora Katsnelson Obituary: Flora Katsnelson, 49, a resident of Chicago, Illinois, and President of the Northwest Health Institute, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

Who was Flora Katsnelson?

Dr. Flora Katsnelson was a co-founder and strategic advisor of the USA Clinics Group, the parent company of USA Vein Clinics, USA Fibroid Centers, and USA Vascular Centers.

Flora was a gifted doctor, a well-liked executive, a successful businesswoman, a philanthropist, and the proud mother of Elise and Beatrice KN. Before coming to the United States, she resided in Poland, Austria, Italy, Ukraine, and the former Soviet Union, where she was born.

Flora graduated from the University of Chicago with honors, magna cum laude, shortly after her arrival. After there, she finished her medical training at the Sackler School of Medicine, doing rotations at the University of Chicago Hospitals, numerous hospitals in Israel, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. At Chicago’s Mount Sinai Medical Center, she completed her residency.
