Duane K. Kurisu serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Kurisu is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and owner of aio, LLC, doing business as aio Group, a holding company for brands focused on Hawaii and the Pacific in the areas of media, sports and food. Mr. Kurisu serves on numerous business and charitable Boards and organizations, and he also served as a Regent of the University of Hawaii.
