Explosion at Guardian Glass being investigated by OSHA

Occupational health and safety investigators will investigate the cause of an explosion over the weekend at a DeWitt glass manufacturing plant.
The explosion happened at Guardian Glass on Saturday night. Five workers were transported to Genesis Hospital DeWitt with minor injuries. OSHA officials Local 4 News spoke with were not able to confirm the date of their visit.
According to its website, Guardian Glass produces high-performance glass for architectural, residential, interior, transportation and technical glass applications.
