Galesburg to finish lead piping project started in 2017

The City of Galesburg will officially replace the final lead water service line in the city.
The lead piping project was initially started in 2017 when the city started on the first phase of the project. A ceremony will take place Friday, October 27 at 9:00 a.m. on Kellogg St. in Galesburg.
This will be the final location for lead pipe service in Galesburg.
