A CURVACEOUS woman has revealed her secret to keeping her confidence over 50.

She said beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, saying other women should also know their worth.

Lisa (@yesimfatandfabulous) filmed herself giving her advice in a video on TikTok.

"Hey, it's Lisa, your favorite plus size fashionista," she said.

She said that after looking at social media, she wanted to share a message for plus-size women.

"I was just looking at some reels today and I was thinking plus-size women and dating," she said.

"Girls know yourself you are perfect the way you are from head-to-toe.

"And if somebody picks you up on a date and says: 'Oh you didn't look the way you looked in the picture.' Say: 'Oh you must need glasses cause you blind.

"'I look just like I looked in the picture and I am perfect in every way,'" she advised.

"Plus-size ladies, know your worth," she said, adding: "#Overfifty #CurvyCougar50 #PlusSizeover50 #CurvyBoutique."

In yet another video, she donned a black and white polka dot bikini.

"Love your body Wednesday," read the text. "Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes."

The videos drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
