Johann Christian Jean Charles Bordais serves as Executive Vice President-Support and Services of EMBRAER S.A. From July 2013 to December 2016, he was Vice President of Services and Support in Brazil, where he managed customer support staff from a variety of different areas and oversaw the Customer Care Center in São José dos Campos, as well as Embraer’s Authorized Aircraft Service Centers worldwide. Previously, Mr. Bordais was responsible for Embraer Services and Support office in Paris for 13 years, served as the Senior Manager for Aircraft Sales Support & Contract Administration and Manager of the Customer Order Desk. Before joining Embraer, Mr. Bordais worked at Raytheon/Beechcraft’s Authorized MRO in Paris and at an aircraft engine spare parts company in Dallas. Mr. Bordais holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade and a MBA from Oklahoma University.
