When Kamal Mishra’s wife Yasmin caught her husband Kamal with another woman who both were in the car (The car was parked in the parking lot of their residential apartment in Andheri), then she tried to communicate with her husband but Kamal tried to speed away in the Mercedes car. 

He runs over his car over his wife’s legs. Her legs get stuck under the front wheels of the car and she fell. Seeing her, a man came near her to help Yasmin and pulled her out of the car’s way. 

Kamal was waiting for his wife to be pulled out of the way when an unknown man pulled out her, then he speed away from the spot without any help from his wife. 

Yasmin got injured in both her legs, right hand, and head.

FIR Filed Against Producer Kamal Mishra

Kamal Mishra’s wife Yasmin went to the Amboli Police station for doing complain against her husband. 

Police registered an FIR against Kamal Mishra under IPC sections 279 for rash driving, 337 for causing hurt by act endangering the life or personal safety of others, and 134A&B for running away without helping the victim or intimating the police.

When did The Incident Happen?

The incident happened around 3 AM in the parking area of a residential building in suburban Andheri. The incident happened on 19 October 2022.
