Pearlridge Fata Shooting: Active Shooter, Woman Died, Manhunt at Pearlridge Mall in Waimalu, Oahu, Hawaii

Pearlridge Shooting: Following reports of an active shooter at the Center Bank of Hawaii parking garage at Pearlridge Center on Friday, a number of law enforcement agencies are responding. Reports state that lockdowns have been implemented at the Pali Momi Medical Center and the Pearlridge Center Mall while law enforcement investigates the gunshot incident.

The report indicates that one person has been hurt as a result of the incident at 98-200 Kamehameha Hwy. in Aiea, Hawaii. EMS, the Honolulu Fire Department, and the Honolulu Police Department were all dispatched to the location. According to law enforcement officials, the person was shot just after 10:00 a.m.

The Highway Patrol and emergency medical services are currently en route to the scene of the incident. Following the gunshot incident at the mall parking lot, Honolulu Police report that a woman has died. According to law enforcement officials, the male suspect left the site on foot following the encounter. His identity was kept a secret for a while.
