Blue Medallions in the Farm- Chapter 1

During Chapter 1 of Resident Evil 4, players can find a total of five Blue Medallions in the Farm.

  1. On the backside of the building with the typewriter.
  2. On a pillar in the pig barn, visible from outside.
  3. The upstairs window of the locked barn
  4. Hanging from the balcony of the massive structure that houses the wooden cog puzzle. Unfortunately, players can only spot it from the balcony of the initially locked barn
  5. Inside a small outhouse adjacent to the windmill above the well of stinking water.

Blue Medallions in the Quarry and Fish Farm- Chapter 3

  1. Hanging up high on a set of scaffolding atop a cliff in the Quarry.
  2. Underneath the walkway going over the river, viewable from beside the boat.
  3. Inside a small hut on the walkway at the start of the farm.
  4. Behind a slit in the scaffolding, to the right of the ramp leading to the ladder.
  5. Underneath the final walkway in the Fish Farm, in the west of the area.

Blue Medallions in the Castle Gate Area- Chapter 7

  1. Behind the ruined stone building where the catapults are firing.
  2. In the alcove where you raise the cannon up to.
  3. In the same stone building from before, you can locate another medallion just above the door.
  4. There’s another one hanging from the wooden beams behind the stone building.
  5. In the area where you raised the cannon from. You may need to drop back down to spot this one.
  6. Hanging from a tree in the distance if you look down to your left after climbing your way out of the cannon area.

The Grand Hall- Chapter 9

In this chapter, there are six more Blue Medallions in Resident Evil 4 Remake lying in wait for you.

  1. Behind the three-headed statue for the first.
  2. In the alcove to your right, just as you enter the Grand Hall.
  3. Check in the chandelier.
  4. In the Dining Hall, check between the curtains at the last window.
  5. Hanging above the balcony in the Armory.
  6. The Goat Head room with the raising/lowering bridge, behind a pillar at the rear of the lower floor.

The Cargo Depot – Chapter 14

There are five more Blue Medallions in Resident Evil 4 Remake to locate in the this are, so let’s grab them all:

  1.  Up high on the crane, above the door you exit from the Merchant.
  2.  To the right of the door where you exit from the Merchant, outside the playable area.
  3.  Behind a cargo crate on the lower level of the depot, where the group of enemies are.
  4.  To the right of the staircase, next to a large machine.
  5.  Hanging from a tanker to the left of the door, exiting the cargo deep

The Cliffside Ruins – Chapter 15

There are five more in this area which is the last place where players need to focus on collecting Blue Medallions. Lets grab them all:

  1. Suspended in the alcove high above the building.
  2. Concealed off the path to the right, as you approach the next area.
  3. Near some rocks, offshore. This one is especially difficult to locate. Descend to the lower level of the Cliffside Ruins and utilize a rifle to see it from a distance.
  4. Inside the ruins, just above the ladder you can drop down. This is the last Blue Medallion for this location, as well as the game
  5. Hanging from the bell tower above the Specimen Storage building.

Overall, finding all the medallions can be a challenging task, but it can also be rewarding as it can provide the player with extra resources and enhance their gameplay experience.
