Prof. Tracey Ann Horton serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Tracey is an experienced Company Director with significant global strategy experience and is currently a Non-executive Director of GPT Group Limited (ASX.GPT), a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, the National Board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chair of Australian Industry Skills Committee and was, until recently, Chair of Navitas Limited (ASX.NVT). Tracey’s extensive prior board experience includes a wide range of listed, government and not-for-profit boards. Tracey has lived, worked, and studied in Australia, USA, Canada and the UK. Tracey was previously a Winthrop Professor and Dean of the University of Western Australia's Business School. Prior to that she held executive and senior management roles with Bain & Company in North America, and in Australia with advisory firm Poynton and Partners and the Reserve Bank of Australia. Tracey has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of WA and an MBA from Stanford University.
