A COUPLE who decided to buy an old double-decker bus and convert it into a luxurious motorhome have been showing it off on TV.
After living in the back of a van together while travelling, they decided it was the life for them and will live in the bus full time.

Couple Gee and Lamona gave a tour of the bus on Million Pound Motorhomes on Channel 5, although theirs cost much less than that.
The old double-decker used to carry passengers around the Brighton and Hove area but was bought by the couple for just £4,000 once it was retired from service.

The professional solar panel fitter and nutritionist have since spent around £20,000 doing it up inside and out.
The result is seriously impressive, with two floors of luxurious living and the freedom to change location as they wish.

Inside there's a huge bedroom that's hidden behind a secret door featuring a proper double bed, a walk-in shower, a large lounge with hide-away TV and full kitchen.
There's even a garage with a full-size washing machine, wood-burning stove and roof garden with solar panels.
The DIY-loving couple have done all the work themselves over a period of two years, but it's now finished.
The plan is to live in the motorhome full time along with their dog.

Up until now, they've been living in a caravan in a field next to the bus while the work was being carried out.
Speaking to Channel 5 Lamona said: "We spent about six months living in a van and we liked it.
"We really liked it. We liked the simplicity, we liked the freedom, so we thought when we come back to England we should live in a van - something you can stand up in.
"Then we thought, maybe we should convert a bus instead."
