Believe it or not, when Eddie Jemison was cast as the fidgety computer wiz Livingston Dell in Ocean's Eleven, he only had four acting credits under his belt. As fortune would have it, however, one of those four roles was for a project called Schizopolis, which just so happened to be directed by Steven Soderbergh.
In an interview with AV Club, Jemison dished details on how he got cast in the blockbuster hit. "Debra Zane, the casting director, had me come in and she's like, 'Wait. You're Eddie Jemison. Yeah, I've been looking for you. Your agent has just folded and I didn't know where to contact you. I want to cast you in a movie. You're already cast in a movie. I have a script for you. It's Ocean's Eleven.' And I was like, "Whaaaat?" And she was like, "Yeah, Steven Soderbergh, you worked with him in a movie called Schizopolis."
Since then, Jemison has gone on to appear in several prominent TV shows. He played Ronnie Haxon in HBO's Hung and Stanley Stohl in Chicago Med, as well as the villainous Stacey Boss in the CW's iZombie.
