Where Joshua Rowland Missing Boy Found?

Joshua Rowland is a 2 years old boy who was reported missing on 24 February 2023 around noon. Authorities believed that he left his home in Brooksville, Florida while his parents were sleeping.

According to neighbors, Joshua was last seen playing with his dogs in his home’s yard. Joshua spent the whole night outside. Authorities alerted the local community to take part in the search of 2 years old boy and gave a description of the child.

Authorities said that Joshua was wearing a grey Batman shirt and dark grey pants. His height is 2 feet. His weight is 35 pounds. He has blonde, curly hair, and hazel eyes. Before reporting the child missing, his parents waited for about an hour.

Later a witness told that he saw Joshua in the front yard playing with dogs at around 10:40 am (3.40 pm UK) on 24 February 2023.

The sheriff noted,

“There is no indication that he’s been abducted but if you have a family member that’s acting strange, we’re going to check out every lead that comes in until we find JJ, so if anybody is acting weird please give us a call and let us come talk to him or her and see if we can rule that person out as a possible suspect.”

A spokesperson for the Hernando County Sheriff’s officer Denise Maloney said,

“We don’t know if he’s on the move or maybe hunkered down somewhere and is hiding, fell asleep, playing with some animal, we don’t know. It was reported that he walked out the door while his mom, and he was sleeping. I don’t know if he woke up and just left, not sure.”

After an extended search by the local community and authorities, Joshua was found alive and fine at around 11 am today by a volunteer. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis told that Joshua was fine despite being out in the wild over the night. Nienhuis said,

“He’s definitely gonna have something to tell his kids and grandkids about.”

“I think a lot of people were praying, and prayer works.”
